Support Center
Need help right now?
Existing clients can reach a technician three ways. If you are not a client yet and something is broken, call us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help today.

Three ways to reach support
Whichever route you choose reaches the same crew, who already have your documentation.

Use our contact form and it creates a ticket immediately. Best for anything that is not stopping you working right now.

One click
Managed machines have the Ocean Computers agent installed. One click opens a session with a technician.
Quick Checks
Before you call, two things worth trying
Not to discourage you from calling. These two genuinely resolve a large share of what we see.
Restart the machine properly
Not sleep, not close the lid. A full restart resolves a substantial share of Windows problems, particularly after updates. Worth ninety seconds before calling.
Check whether it is only you
If a colleague has the same problem, it is likely a system-level issue and worth telling us that immediately. It changes how we triage it.
Note the exact error text
The precise wording matters more than a paraphrase. A screenshot is ideal and takes a few seconds.
Note when it started
Particularly whether anything changed just before: an update, a new application, a password change, a moved cable.
Do not enter credentials in an unexpected prompt
If an unexpected login window appears, stop and call us. This is the single most consequential habit we can ask of your staff.
If you suspect a security issue, call immediately
Do not email about a suspected compromise from the account you think is compromised. Call instead, and do not delete anything.
Talk to Us
Not a client yet, but something is broken?
Call and describe it. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we can help with today, and whether it points at something larger worth addressing.
