Pricing
Flat monthly pricing, quoted before the work
Crew plans are priced per user per month. Your invoice changes when your headcount changes and not otherwise. Projects outside the plan are quoted and approved before anyone starts.
Plans
Three plans, priced per user
Most businesses run Crew Care. Start narrower or heavier depending on what your environment and your regulators demand.
Crew Desk
Remote help desk for your staff, covering Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, VPN and everyday software problems. Same-business-day human response.
- Unlimited remote help desk
- Same-business-day response
- Microsoft 365 user administration
- Onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Named crew assigned to your account
Crew Care
Everything in Crew Desk plus continuous monitoring, patch management, security tooling and technology planning. This is what most clients run.
- Everything in Crew Desk
- Continuous endpoint and server monitoring
- Scheduled patching with reporting
- MFA, EDR and email security
- Backup monitoring and test restores
- After-hours emergency coverage
- Quarterly Chart Review with leadership
Crew Guard
Crew Care plus a heavier security posture for regulated or high-risk environments that need documentation an auditor or insurer will accept.
- Everything in Crew Care
- Advanced endpoint detection and response
- Conditional access and identity hardening
- Phishing simulation and staff training
- Documented safeguards for HIPAA, PCI and CMMC
- Incident response runbook
- Monthly security reporting
Every plan includes a named crew, US-based technicians and documentation you own. Pricing depends on user count, server count, security tier and the condition of your existing equipment. The free Depth Check produces a real number, typically within a week.
How It Is Calculated
What drives your number up or down
There is no mystery in the formula. These are the five inputs that actually move it.
How many people you have
The primary input. Pricing is per user, so a twelve-person firm and a ninety-person firm scale predictably rather than negotiating from scratch.
How many servers you run
Physical and virtual servers carry their own monitoring and patching load. A cloud-only business costs less to manage than one with three on-premise servers.
Which security tier you need
A general business and a medical practice under HIPAA need different tooling and different documentation. Regulated environments cost more because they require more.
The age of your equipment
Machines that cannot run current Windows generate disproportionate ticket volume. We will show you the arithmetic on replacing them rather than quietly billing around it.
How much remediation is needed first
If the environment needs substantial cleanup before it can be reliably managed, that is a one-time quoted project, visible to you before you commit.
What you keep in-house
Some clients keep an internal person for floor support and use us for infrastructure, security and escalation. That reduces the plan cost accordingly.
Pricing questions
Why is there no price list on this page?
Because a per-user number without context would be misleading, and we would rather not start the relationship that way. A ten-person accounting firm with a clean Microsoft 365 tenant and modern laptops costs meaningfully less per user than a ten-person practice running a 2016 server and machines that cannot take the current Windows build. The Depth Check produces a real number, usually within a week, and it costs nothing.
What is included in the monthly cost?
Monitoring, patch management, help desk for your staff, security tooling, Microsoft 365 administration, vendor coordination, documentation and the quarterly Chart Review. Anything that counts as day-to-day operation of your environment is in the plan.
What is not included?
Hardware and software licensing, which you purchase and own. Major projects such as a server replacement, an office move or a full email migration. Third-party services we coordinate on your behalf. All of these are quoted and approved before any work begins.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. There is no multi-year commitment. We would rather earn the renewal each month. If you leave, your documentation and licenses go with you.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Sometimes. If your environment needs substantial remediation before it can be reliably managed, that work is quoted as a one-time project and shown to you before you commit. Clean environments often have no onboarding charge at all.
Can we start with just help desk?
Yes. Some clients begin with Crew Desk for employee support only and add monitoring and security later. It is a reasonable way to start if you are not ready to move your whole environment at once.
