Industries
Different sectors break differently
A dental practice and a law firm have almost nothing in common technically except that both stop working when IT fails. We tune the stack to the work rather than selling one template to everybody.
Who We Serve
Sectors we support
These are the industries where we have the deepest pattern recognition, which is worth more than general competence when something unusual breaks.
Pattern Recognition
Why sector experience matters
Not because the technology differs enormously, but because the failure modes and the consequences do.
The underlying technology across most small businesses is broadly similar: Windows machines, Microsoft 365, a server or two, a firewall, some line-of-business software. What differs is what happens when a particular thing fails, and which regulator is interested afterward.
When a dental practice loses imaging, patients are sitting in chairs. When an accounting firm loses QuickBooks in March, the cost is measured per hour in a way it would not be in September. When a law firm has a document management failure, there are deadlines with legal consequences attached. When a distributor's warehouse system goes down, trucks stop.
Sector experience means we know which systems to prioritize, which vendors to call, and which failure is genuinely an emergency rather than an inconvenience. It also means we have already met the specific software your industry runs on, which shortens diagnosis considerably.
