Accessibility Statement
What we have done, what we are still working on, and how to tell us when we have got something wrong. Last updated January 2026.
Our position
This site should be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We treat that as a requirement rather than an enhancement.
What we target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We do not claim perfect conformance, because claiming it without continuous auditing would be dishonest. We test regularly and fix what we find.
What is implemented
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy on every page
- A skip link to bypass navigation and reach the main content directly
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators throughout
- Text and interface colors checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Descriptive alternative text on images that convey meaning
- Form fields with properly associated labels rather than placeholder-only cues
- Responsive layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320px
- Respect for the reduced-motion preference on animated elements
- Text that remains readable and functional when zoomed to 200 percent
Known limitations
Some third-party components, particularly the form processor used on contact pages, are not fully under our control. Where a third-party element creates a barrier we look for an alternative, and in the meantime we will assist you directly by phone or email.

Tell us which page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you were using if that is relevant. We aim to respond within three business days.

If you cannot access something here, call us and we will provide the information directly. No part of our service requires you to use this website.
